DigiKort (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and safeguarded when you use the DigiKort mobile application.
DigiKort collects only the minimum data required for the app to function.
a. Customer mode (no account required)
No personal information is required to use DigiKort as a customer.
Digital stamp cards are stored securely using a device-linked identifier.
b. Shop owner mode
When signing in as a shop owner, we collect:
Email address – used solely for authentication and account access.
User ID (Firebase UID) – used internally to identify the account.
We use collected information only for:
App functionality
Account authentication
Managing shop and loyalty card features
We do not use personal data for:
Advertising
Marketing
Tracking across apps or websites
Data selling or sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.
Data is processed securely using Google Firebase services solely to operate app features.
Customer data is stored only as long as necessary to provide app functionality.
Shop owner accounts may be deleted upon request.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect user data, including encrypted communication and secure authentication mechanisms.
DigiKort does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
