1. Information We Collect

A. Personal Data

When you create an account in our App (via email, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In), we may collect:

• Your name

• Your email address

• A unique user identifier (UID)

B. App Data & Habits Data

To provide the core habit tracking services, we store:

• Your habit names, categories, types, and progress logs.

• Your sleep logs (hours of sleep, sleep scores).

• Your daily notes and moments.

• Note: This data is stored securely on your device and synced with our cloud database (Supabase) to ensure you do not lose your data when you switch devices.

C. Purchase and Billing Data

If you purchase our Premium subscription:

• All transactions are processed securely through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

• We use RevenueCat to manage subscription states and entitlements.

• We do not collect or store your payment details (such as credit card numbers).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App's features (such as habit progress and charts).

• Synchronize your data across devices securely.

• Manage your premium subscription benefits.

• Provide customer support and respond to user inquiries.

3. Third-Party Services

We use reputable third-party service providers to help run the App. These third parties have access to your data only to perform tasks on our behalf:

• Supabase: Provides our secure backend database and user authentication.

• RevenueCat: Manages subscription purchases and transaction validation.

• Apple App Store / Google Play Console: Processes premium subscription payments.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

How to Delete Your Account and Data:

You have complete control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated habit tracking history, sleep logs, and moments at any time:

1. Go to the Profile tab in the App.

2. Click on Delete Account.

3. Confirm your decision.

Once confirmed, your account and all stored records will be permanently deleted from our servers (Supabase) and cannot be recovered.

5. Security of Your Data

We use industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure database rules, to protect your personal information and App data. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.
