C-Shift Staff Calendar is an employee scheduling app created by Jiovanni Munoz. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects and how it is used.
Information We Collect
C-Shift Staff Calendar may collect the following information:
- Account information, such as name, email address, phone number, company name, and login details.
- Employee information, such as employee name, email, phone number, department, role, and permissions.
- Schedule information, such as shifts, recurring schedules, availability, time off requests, sick leave, emergency absences, shift swaps, and request notes.
- App activity needed for app features, such as notifications, read/unread notification status, settings, theme preferences, and subscription status.
- Support information if you contact us for help.
Payment Information
Subscriptions are handled through Apple. We do not collect or store your credit card number, banking information, or App Store payment details.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create and manage employee schedules.
- Allow employees to view schedules and submit requests.
- Notify admins and employees about schedule changes, open shifts, time off, sick leave, emergency absences, and shift swaps.
- Manage company settings, departments, roles, permissions, and subscriptions.
- Provide support and improve the app.
Data Storage and Services
C-Shift Staff Calendar may use Firebase/Google services to store and sync company schedule data across devices. Apple services are used for subscriptions and App Store purchases.
Data Sharing
We do not sell user data. We do not share user data for advertising or tracking. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the app, such as Firebase/Google and Apple.
Sensitive Information
Users should avoid entering detailed medical information in request notes. Sick leave is used only for schedule management and absence tracking.
Data Retention
Company and employee data is kept while the account or company workspace is active. Admins may delete employees, schedules, requests, and company data from inside the app.
Children’s Privacy
C-Shift Staff Calendar is not directed to children. The app is intended for businesses, admins, managers, and employees.
