Crypto Trading Simulator (the "App") is operated by Duetrack ("we," "us," "our").
This policy explains what data the App handles and how. By using the App you agree
to this policy.
The App is an educational, paper-trading product. It does not require an account,
your name, email, or a crypto wallet to use.
1. What we collect
• Anonymous identifier: a random per-install ID generated on your device. It is not
linked to your real identity and is used to sync your subscription status and
progress across reinstalls.
• Your in-app activity: practice (paper) trades, watchlist, learning progress,
practice points, any leaderboard display name you choose, and referral activity.
Some of this is stored on your device and, to sync it, on our servers.
• Purchase status: from Apple, we receive only whether a subscription or purchase is
active and a transaction identifier. We never see or store your card or payment
details — Apple handles all payments.
• Diagnostics: basic, non-identifying crash and performance data to fix problems.
• Notifications (optional): if you enable alerts, a device push token so we can send
them. You can turn this off in your device settings at any time.
2. What we do NOT collect
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos,
or any crypto wallet private keys or seed phrases. The App never asks for these — never
enter them anywhere.
3. How we use data
To run and secure the App, sync your subscription and progress, power the leaderboard
and referral features, provide support, and improve reliability. We do NOT use your
data for advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking, and the App shows no ads. We do
not use the IDFA and do not display an App Tracking Transparency prompt.
4. Market data
Prices, volume, and other market figures come from third-party exchanges and
market-data providers. They are provided for education only and may be delayed or
inaccurate.
5. Sharing
We share data only with the infrastructure providers that operate the App (cloud
hosting and storage) and with Apple for purchases, strictly to run the service. We do
not sell your data. We may disclose information if required by law.
6. Data retention & your choices
You can erase everything at any time from Settings → "Delete my data," which deletes
both your on-device data and all server-side data tied to your anonymous identifier.
You may also delete the App to remove local data, or email us to request deletion. We
keep data only as long as needed to run the service.
7. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your
region), and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Because the App uses an anonymous
identifier and collects no real-world identity, exposure is minimal by design.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; we will post the new version here with an updated date.
