1. INTRODUCTION
Thank you for using CraftDesk ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how
we handle information when you use the App. We are committed to protecting
your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
CraftDesk is a 100% offline application. The App does NOT:
• Require you to create an account
• Connect to any server or remote database
• Transmit any personal or business data over the internet
• Share your data with any third party
The only data collected is data that YOU voluntarily enter into the App,
including:
• Customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, and addresses
• Order details (items, quantities, prices, notes)
• Product and material information
• Financial records (income and expenses)
• Task descriptions and notes
• Photos you choose to attach to products
All of this data is stored exclusively on your device (local storage).

4. ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)
The App displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
Google AdMob may collect certain device information for ad personalization,
including but not limited to:
• Advertising ID (Android Ad ID)
• Device type and operating system version
• IP address and general location (country/region)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
This data is collected and processed by Google LLC under Google's own
Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
You can opt out of personalized ads at any time via:
Android Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

5. PERMISSIONS USED
The App may request the following device permissions:
• READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
Used only when you choose to attach a photo to a product.
Photos are copied to the App's private storage folder and are
never uploaded or shared without your explicit action.
• INTERNET
Required by Google AdMob to display advertisements.
The App itself does not use the internet for any other purpose.
• WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 9 and below only)
Used to write the backup ZIP file to a location you can share.

6. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
All App data (orders, customers, products, materials, finances, tasks) is
stored in an SQLite database on your device at:
[App private storage] / craft_desk.db
Data is retained as long as:
a) The App is installed on your device, OR
b) You have not cleared the App's data through device settings
The App does NOT automatically delete any data. Data will remain on your
device indefinitely until you take one of the deletion actions described
in Section 7 below.
The Backup feature creates a ZIP file that you may save or share. Any
copies of your data that you export and store externally (e.g., cloud
storage, messaging apps) are governed by the privacy policies of those
third-party services.

7. HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA
You have full control over your data. You can delete it at any time using
any of the following methods:
Option A — Delete all data permanently:
Go to your device Settings → Apps → CraftDesk → Storage → Clear Data.
This will erase the entire database, all settings, and all photos
stored by the App.
Option B — Uninstall the App:
Uninstalling CraftDesk will remove all locally stored data, including
the database and all photos saved by the App.
Option C — Delete individual records within the App:
You can delete individual customers, orders, products, materials,
transactions, or tasks at any time from within the App using the
delete button on each record.
Option D — Contact the developer:

8. DATA SECURITY
Since all data is stored locally on your device:
• Data security depends on your device's own security (screen lock,
encryption, etc.)
• We recommend enabling device encryption for additional protection
• Backup files you create and share are your responsibility once
they leave your device

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
CraftDesk is a business management tool intended for adults (18+).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App,
please contact us at laptrinhungdungcoich@gmail.com and we will assist
with deletion.

10. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
• Access the data you have entered into the App (it is always
accessible directly within the App)
• Correct inaccurate data (edit any record within the App)
• Delete your data (see Section 7)
• Export your data (use the Backup feature in Settings)
Since all data resides locally on your device, you have direct control
over it at all times.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The App does not contain links to external websites. The only third-party
service integrated is Google AdMob for advertising. Please refer to
Google's Privacy Policy for information about how Google handles data
collected through AdMob.

12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be
reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
