1. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy describes how Cow Farm Supervisor ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The App is designed to work fully offline. We do not collect, transmit, or share any personal information with external servers.
Data you enter into the App (worker profiles, cattle records, attendance, finance records, announcements, etc.) is stored exclusively on your device using local SQLite storage.
Photos you add within the App are stored in the local storage of your device.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
All data entered into the App is used solely to provide the app's features to you. This data never leaves your device and is never sent to us or any third party.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. Google AdMob may collect certain device information and usage data to serve relevant ads. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
We do not control or have access to data collected by Google AdMob.
5. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
All your data (worker records, cattle records, schedules, attendance, finance, announcements, photos) is stored locally on your device.
Data is retained for as long as the App is installed on your device and you choose to keep it.
You can delete any individual record at any time from within the App.
6. DATA DELETION
You can delete your data at any time using the following methods:
- Delete individual records: Use the delete function available on each record screen within the App.
- Delete all data: Uninstall the App from your device. This will permanently remove all App data stored on your device.
- You may also clear the App's storage from your device Settings > Apps > Cow Farm Supervisor > Storage > Clear Data.
We do not retain any copy of your data on external servers; therefore, deletion from your device is complete and irreversible.
7. BACKUP DATA
If you use the App's backup feature, a ZIP file containing your data and photos will be created and saved to a location you choose on your device or shared via your device's sharing options. You are responsible for the security of this backup file.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
