1. INTRODUCTION
Courier Hub Manager ("the App") is an offline staff management application.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data
the App collects, how it is used, how long it is retained, and how you can
delete it.
2. DATA COLLECTED AND STORED
The App stores the following data locally on your device only:
- Courier profiles: name, employee ID, phone number, email address, vehicle
information, work zone, and profile photos
- Work schedules: dates, shift times, zones, routes, status
- Delivery records: tracking numbers, recipient names, addresses, package
details, delivery fees, status
- Attendance records: check-in/check-out times, leave status
- Announcements: title, content, priority, target recipients
All data is stored in a local SQLite database on your device.
No data is sent to any server, cloud service, or third party by the App.
3. DATA NOT COLLECTED
The App does NOT collect:
- Precise location data
- Device identifiers
- Usage analytics or crash reports
- Any data transmitted to our servers (we have none)
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES — GOOGLE ADMOB
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob
(Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA).
AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads.
This data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy:

You can opt out of personalized ads through your device's Google settings
under "Ads" > "Opt out of Ads Personalization."
5. PHOTOS AND MEDIA
Profile photos selected by the user are stored in the app's private storage
folder on the device. Photos are not shared or uploaded.
6. DATA RETENTION
All data stored by the App is retained on your device until you take one
of the following actions:
- Delete individual records within the App (couriers, deliveries, etc.)
- Use the "Restore" function with a new backup (overwrites existing data)
- Uninstall the App — this permanently deletes all App data and the
local database from your device
There is no automatic expiry. Data persists until you actively delete it.
7. HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA
You have full control over your data:
- Delete individual records: open any courier, schedule, delivery, or
attendance record and use the Delete option in the menu
- Clear all data: uninstall the App from your device. This removes the
local database and all stored photos permanently
- Selective deletion: use the backup feature to export your data, then
clear records individually as needed

8. DATA SECURITY
Since all data is stored locally on your device, its security depends on
your device's own security measures (screen lock, encryption). We recommend
keeping your device secured. The App does not have access to your data
remotely and cannot retrieve or delete it without your physical device.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is intended for use by business managers and is not directed at
children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be
reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after
changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
