PRIVACY POLICY — Cleaning Contract Boss

This Privacy Policy describes how Cleaning Contract Boss ("the App") handles information. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with the developer or any third party. All data you enter (teams, workers, clients, contracts, schedules, announcements, expenses) is stored exclusively on your device using a local database.
The App does not require an account, login, or internet connection to function.
2. DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
The following data is stored locally on your device:
- Team and worker information you enter
- Client and contract records you create
- Work schedules and shift assignments
- Announcements and expense records
- Photos you attach to worker profiles (stored in the app's local directory)
- App settings such as language and theme preference
This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share it using the app's backup feature.
3. BACKUP AND SHARING
If you use the backup feature, the App creates a ZIP file containing your local data. You control where this file is sent (email, cloud storage, messaging apps). The developer does not receive or have access to any backup files you create.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve ads. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details: https://policies.google.com/privacy
5. PERMISSIONS
The App may request the following permissions:
- Storage (READ/WRITE): to save backup files and worker photos
- Internet: required by AdMob for displaying advertisements
No other permissions are used.
6. DATA RETENTION
All data is retained on your device for as long as the App is installed. The App does not retain any data on external servers because no data is ever sent to any server.
7. HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA
You can delete all data stored by this App in any of the following ways:
a) Delete individual records: Open the App, navigate to any section (Teams, Workers, Clients, Contracts, Schedules, Announcements), and delete records individually using the delete option in each record.
b) Uninstall the App: Uninstalling the App from your device removes all locally stored data permanently, including the SQLite database and any photos stored in the app's data directory.
c) Clear App Data: On your Android device, go to Settings > Apps > Cleaning Contract Boss > Storage > Clear Data. This permanently deletes all app data.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is intended for use by business managers and professionals. It is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
