PRIVACY POLICY — CLEAN CREW MANAGER

This Privacy Policy explains how Clean Crew Manager ("the App", "we", "our") handles
information when you use our mobile application. Please read this policy carefully.

1. OVERVIEW

Clean Crew Manager is designed to work entirely offline. The App does not require
user registration or an internet connection for its core features. All data you
enter is stored locally on your device.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

a) Data You Provide (Stored Locally Only)
The App allows you to enter and store the following types of data on your device:
- Staff member information (names, phone numbers, email addresses, roles, photos)
- Work shift schedules and locations
- Attendance records and check-in/check-out times
- Cleaning task checklists and completion records
- Incident reports and related photographs
ALL of this data is stored ONLY on your device using a local database (SQLite).
We do NOT collect, transmit, or store any of this information on external servers.
We do NOT have access to any data you enter into the App.
b) Automatically Collected Data (Advertising)
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google AdMob may
automatically collect certain information to serve relevant ads, including:
- Device identifiers (advertising ID)
- IP address and approximate location
- App usage data
- Device type, operating system, and language settings
This data is collected and processed by Google LLC under their own Privacy Policy:

You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings:
Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
c) Camera and Storage Access
The App may request permission to access your camera and photo storage to allow
you to take or select photos for staff profiles and incident reports.
These photos are stored only on your device. We do not upload photos anywhere.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

- All operational data (staff, shifts, attendance, checklists, incidents) is used
solely within the App on your device to provide the App's features.
- We do not use your operational data for any purpose other than to display it
within the App.
- Advertising data collected by Google AdMob is used to display ads within the App.

4. DATA SHARING

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal or operational data with any third
parties except:
- Google AdMob, which collects advertising-related data as described above.
- When you explicitly choose to share data (e.g., when you use the Backup feature
to export and share a backup file via email, messaging apps, or cloud storage —
this action is performed entirely by you, at your discretion).

5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

a) How Long We Retain Your Data
Since all data is stored locally on your device, data is retained for as long
as you keep the App installed on your device. We do not retain copies of your
data on any server. Once you delete the App, all locally stored data is removed
from your device.
b) How to Delete Your Data
You can delete specific records (staff members, shifts, attendance records,
checklists, incidents) at any time from within the App by using the delete
function available on each item.
To delete ALL data at once, you may:
Option 1: Uninstall the App — this permanently removes the App and all its
locally stored data from your device.
Option 2: Use your device's app settings to clear the App's storage:
Android: Settings > Apps > Clean Crew Manager > Storage > Clear Data
Backup files that you have manually exported and saved to your device storage
or shared to cloud services are under your own control and must be deleted
by you separately.
c) Advertising Data
Data collected by Google AdMob for advertising purposes is governed by Google's
data retention policies. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details on
how long Google retains this data and how to request its deletion:

6. DATA SECURITY
──────────────────────────────────────────
All data entered into the App is stored in a local SQLite database on your device,
protected by your device's built-in security (screen lock, encryption if enabled).
We do not transmit your data over the internet (except for AdMob advertising data
as described above). The security of your data depends on your device security settings.
We recommend using a screen lock on your device.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
──────────────────────────────────────────
Clean Crew Manager is intended for use by adults in a professional building
management context. The App is not directed at children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App integrates the following third-party service:
Google AdMob (Advertising)

- Purpose: To display advertisements within the App

9. YOUR RIGHTS

Since all operational data is stored locally on your device and we have no access
to it, you have complete control over your data:
- Access: View all your data at any time within the App
- Correction: Edit any record directly within the App
- Deletion: Delete individual records or all data as described in Section 5
- Export: Use the Backup feature to export your data at any time
For advertising data collected by Google AdMob, please contact Google directly
or use Google's privacy controls.

10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
──────────────────────────────────────────
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update
the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review
this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes
your acceptance of the updated policy.
