This privacy policy applies to the Chota Loan Credit Assistant app ("the app") published by Classic Avenue Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"), Ludhiana, Punjab, India. The app is an educational credit estimation and finance calculator tool. It is not a bank, NBFC, lender, or digital lending app, and does not offer, process, or disburse loans.
1. Information you provide
The app works without any login, registration, or account. Information you enter — such as your name, age, city/state, country, income, expenses, savings goal, employment details, and answers in the credit estimator — is stored only locally on your device. We do not upload, collect, sell, or share this information. It is deleted when you uninstall the app.
2. Profile photo
If you choose to add a profile photo from your gallery or camera, it is stored only in the app's private storage on your device. It is never uploaded anywhere and is deleted on uninstall.
3. Information we never collect
The app never asks for or accesses bank passwords, OTPs, card numbers, Aadhaar, PAN, contacts, SMS, call logs, or your precise location.
4. Automatically collected information
Google AdMob and its mediation partners — to show ads in the app. Our ad partners currently include Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Liftoff Monetize (Vungle), and Unity Ads. These partners may collect and process your device's Advertising ID, IP address, device type and OS version, coarse (approximate) location, and ad interaction data in order to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads where permitted. We do not receive or store this data ourselves. You can opt out of personalised ads or reset your Advertising ID at any time from your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads). Firebase Analytics — anonymous usage statistics (e.g., screens viewed, app version, device model) to help us improve the app.

5. Notifications
With your permission, the app sends reminders and tips. Local reminders are generated entirely on your device. Push notifications are delivered through OneSignal. You can disable notifications any time in your device settings.
6. Estimates disclaimer
All credit limits, EMIs, eligibility indications, and other figures shown by the app are indicative estimates based on the information you enter. They are not loan offers, approvals, or financial advice. Actual eligibility is decided solely by RBI-regulated lenders.
7. Children
The app is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Data security and retention
Your entered data never leaves your device, so there is nothing for us to retain on servers. Data held by the third-party services above is retained per their policies.
9. Your choices and data deletion
Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all locally stored data, including your profile and answers. To reset your Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation, use your device's Google settings.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted at this page with a revised date.
