Chatmor has a strict zero-tolerance policy for any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). The creation, possession, distribution, or promotion of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation or endangerment of minors is expressly prohibited.
2. Scope and Applicability
This policy applies to all users of Chatmor and to all content and interactions that occur within the App and any Chatmor-operated services.
3. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users may report suspected CSAM, grooming, sexual exploitation, or other child safety concerns through the following channels:
In‑app reporting mechanism: Chatmor provides an in‑app reporting tool (report buttons available in content menus, user profiles, and message threads). When a user files a report, it is routed to our moderation queue for review.

4. Handling and Response Time

6. Preservation and Escalation
When we receive reports of suspected CSAE/CSAM, we preserve relevant data and logs to support investigations. Confirmed instances are escalated to our safety team and, where applicable, to law enforcement.
