Protection of Personal Data
The right to the protection of personal data is a fundamental human and civil right, guaranteed by the Constitution of the Republic of North Macedonia, which ensures the security and confidentiality of personal data.
Data Processing by Financial Credit Center BS DOO Skopje Financial Credit Center BS DOO Skopje (hereinafter: "the Company"), in the scope of its operations and for the purpose of providing services to its clients, collects, stores, and processes personal data. The Company acts as the Data Controller, and the Client is the Data Subject.
Rights of the Data Subject
Information: When data is collected, the subject must be informed of the controller's identity, the purpose of processing, the categories of recipients, the mandatory nature of providing answers, and the right to access and correct data.
Access to Information: A Data Subject may request to know if their data is being processed, the legal basis for processing, the sources of the data, and details regarding automated decision-making. The Company is required to respond within 15 days of receiving the request.
Stopping Processing: The Data Subject has the right at any time to withdraw consent for the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes. Requests can be submitted to any branch of the Company.
Copy of ID Card Making copies of ID cards is regulated by the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism. Upon request, the Company must issue a confirmation for the copy made, specifying the purpose and the retention period.
Video Surveillance The Company performs video surveillance for security at entrances, interior spaces, and areas where official business is conducted. Notices are clearly displayed at the entrances of the premises indicating the purpose and the method for obtaining information about the recorded footage.
