BizBiller is an offline-first business management application designed to help individuals and businesses manage invoices, customers, products, installment plans, payments, receipts, and business records securely.

You may choose to enter information such as:

This information remains under your control.

Installment Management

For promised payment tracking, the app may store:

2. Google Sign-In (Optional)

Google Sign-In is completely optional.

You may use the application without signing in.

If you choose to sign in with Google, BizBiller may access:

• Your Google Account basic profile

• Your email address

• Your display name

This information is used only to:

• Identify your account

• Enable cloud backup

• Restore your backups

BizBiller does not sell or share your Google account information.

3. Google Drive Backup (Optional)

If you enable Cloud Backup:

Your business data may be securely backed up to your own Google Drive account.

These backups are:

• Created only after your permission

• Stored in your own Google Drive

• Accessible only through your Google account permissions

The developer cannot access your personal Google Drive files.

4. Local Backup

BizBiller allows you to create local backup files.

You may:

• Save backups on your device

• Copy backups

• Share backups

• Restore backups

You are responsible for protecting any backup files that you export or share.

5. Receipt Sharing and Printing

The application allows you to:

• Save invoices as files

• Share invoices

• Print invoices

These actions occur only when initiated by you.

BizBiller does not automatically send invoices to anyone.

6. Offline Storage

BizBiller is designed to work primarily offline.

Most business information remains stored locally on your device unless you explicitly enable cloud backup.

7. Permissions

Depending on your Android version, BizBiller may request permissions such as:

Storage Access

Used to:

• Export backups

• Import backups

• Save receipts

• Save PDF invoices

• Share files

Notification Permission

Used for:

• Payment reminders

• Installment reminders

• Due date reminders

• Backup notifications

Internet Access

Required only for:

• Google Sign-In

• Google Drive Backup

• Backup Restore

• Future online services (if enabled)

Internet permission is not used for advertising your personal data.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information.

• Authentication through Google Sign-In when enabled

• Deleting cloud backups from your Google Drive

BizBiller is not intended for children under 13 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
