MG Innovations built the Bingo Clash app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by MG Innovations at no cost and is intended for use as is.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
Bingo Clash does not require you to create a traditional account, and we do not inherently collect, store, or share direct personally identifiable information (such as your legal name, private email, or phone number) unless voluntarily provided through features such as Google Sign-In for progress saving or leaderboards.
1. Multiplayer and Game Data
To enable real-time multiplayer functionality, the app uses Google Firebase Cloud Firestore. When you host or join a game, the app temporarily syncs room codes, player names/identifiers, game scores, and game moves to Google's secure servers. This data is used strictly for gameplay mechanics and is managed according to Firebase’s security standards.
2. Advertising and AdMob (Including Europe / EEA Compliance)
This app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use device identifiers, cookies, and similar technologies to collect data to serve ads.
Personalized vs. Non-Personalized Ads: For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google AdMob serves either personalized or non-personalized ads based on the consent choices gathered via a certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) in compliance with the EU User Consent Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data Collected by AdMob: AdMob may collect IP addresses, device identifiers, app usage data, and ad interaction data to measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and serve contextual or personalized advertisements.

The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device for analytics, advertising, and crash reporting.

Log Data
In a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
