Tech Lite International (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides the Bahuvida Limited mobile application (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
The App does not directly collect, store, or maintain personal information.
The App:

Does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or contact information.
Does not access contacts, photographs, videos, the camera, or microphone.
Does not request access to precise or approximate device location.
Does not contain advertising.
Does not use analytics or behavioral tracking services.
The App uses Mapbox to download and display map content. When the App connects to Mapbox, Mapbox may automatically receive limited technical information necessary to provide its services, such as the device’s IP address, network request information, device information, and map usage information.
We do not receive or use this technical information to personally identify users. Mapbox processes and retains information according to its own privacy policy:

Technical network information processed by Mapbox may be used to:
Download and display map content.
Maintain the reliability and security of Mapbox services.

Limited technical information may be transmitted to Mapbox only when required to provide map functionality. Mapbox handles this information according to its own terms and privacy practices.
The App does not maintain a database containing users’ personal information. Network communications with Mapbox use encrypted connections where supported. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Because the App does not create user accounts or directly store personal information, we do not maintain personal user records that require deletion.

The App is intended for viewing real-estate and property-related information and is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
