- App preferences

### Information We Do NOT Collect

Audio Cutter does **not** collect, transmit, or store:

- Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)

- Contacts or call logs

- Analytics or usage tracking data

We do **not** use cookies, third-party analytics SDKs, or advertising networks.

All audio processing happens **locally on your device**. We use your selected audio files solely to:

- Play and preview audio

- Trim audio between your chosen start and end points

- Save clips to your app's local library

We do not upload, share, sell, or transmit your audio files or clip data to any server or third party.

Audio Cutter may request the following device permissions:

- Clip metadata is stored using local device storage (SharedPreferences)

- You can delete individual clips or clear your entire library at any time from within the app

- Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored app data

## Data Sharing

We do **not** share your data with third parties. Because all processing is offline and on-device, there is no data transfer to external services.

## Children's Privacy

Audio Cutter is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

## Your Rights and Choices

You have full control over your data:

- **Add** clips by trimming audio files

- **Edit** clip titles and emojis

- **Delete** individual clips

- **Clear** your entire library from Settings

- **Uninstall** the app to remove all stored data

Because we do not collect personal data on servers, there is no remote account or cloud data to request, export, or delete from our systems.

## Third-Party Services

Audio Cutter does not integrate third-party services that collect user data. The app uses standard Flutter plugins for local file access, audio playback, and on-device storage only.
