Overview

This app helps you track how many different plants you eat each week for gut health. We designed the app to respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we handle and your choices.

What we collect

• On-device data only. Your plant entries, streaks, and settings are stored locally on your device.

• No account. We do not require you to create an account or provide contact information.

• No sensitive data. We do not collect health data, location, contacts, photos, or identifiers.

What we do not do

• No data is transmitted to our servers (we don’t operate any).

• No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

• No tracking across apps or websites.

Data retention and deletion

Your data lives on your device and stays until you delete the app or remove the data via in-app controls (if provided). If you reinstall the app, previously stored data is not restored unless you have your own backup.

Children’s privacy

Oscar’s Garden is a general wellness app and is not directed to children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided data in the app, you can delete it directly on the device.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy for clarity or to reflect app changes. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above.
