Welcome to Artnie! Artnie is a creative design app that helps users create and customize digital designs such as invitations, posters, greeting cards, social media visuals, and other creative artwork β while keeping user privacy and creative ownership a top priority.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Artnie mobile application (βwe,β βus,β or βourβ).
We only collect the minimum information necessary for the app to function properly and support our services.
If you choose to sign up or log in:
Name and Email Address β used for Google Sign-In and user identification.
User ID β automatically generated within our authentication system.
User Content β designs, artwork, templates, or creative projects you create within the app.
Backup Data (Optional) β your saved cloud backups stored securely through Cloudflare infrastructure only when you manually choose to save or sync your projects.
π You can use Artnie completely as a guest without creating an account.
To improve app performance and reliability, we may automatically collect limited technical information, including:
Crash Logs & Diagnostics β to identify bugs and improve app stability.
Device & App Information β such as operating system version, app version, and device type.
Advertising ID (AAID) β a device identifier used by third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.
Anonymous Usage Analytics β to understand how users interact with app features and improve user experience.
Local Storage Data β designs, preferences, and temporary files stored locally on your device.
We do not collect:
GPS location data
Contacts
Camera recordings
Microphone recordings

Artnie integrates with the Pexels API to allow users to browse and use royalty-free stock images inside their creative projects and designs.
When using this feature:
Search queries related to image searches may be securely sent to Pexels in order to retrieve relevant images.
Artnie does not claim ownership of images provided through Pexels.
Images accessed through the Pexels integration are subject to the Pexels License and Terms of Service.
We do not collect or store personal information through Pexels image searches beyond what is necessary to provide the feature.

Provide core app functionality such as creating, editing, saving, and managing designs.
Manage optional user accounts and authentication through Google Sign-In.
Store optional cloud backups when requested by the user.

Does not redistribute Pexels images outside the functionality of the app.
Uses the Pexels API solely to allow users to search, preview, and include images within their own creative projects.
Users are responsible for ensuring that exported or published content complies with applicable copyright laws and the Pexels License.

Artnie uses Google AdMob to display advertisements within the app.

Use the app without creating an account
Delete designs or artwork directly from the app
Remove local or cloud backup data at any time
Permanently delete your account and associated data
You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the appβs Settings page.
Alternatively, you may submit a deletion request using our official account deletion form.Β
Once confirmed, your account and all related data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This action cannot be reversed.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data except as necessary to provide app functionality, third-party integrations, and advertising services.

Cloudflare β secure cloud storage, infrastructure services, backups, and performance optimization.
Google AdMob β displaying advertisements and measuring ad performance.

Guest Users: Data remains stored locally on the userβs device only.
Signed-In Users: Cloud backup data remains stored until deleted by the user or through account deletion.
Deleted data cannot be recovered once permanently removed.
Artnie supports offline functionality.
Once required assets are loaded, users can create, edit, and save designs without an internet connection.
Please note:
Internet access is required for advertisements
Cloud backups and synchronization require internet connectivity
Pexels image search requires an active internet connection
