This Privacy Policy explains how  SmartMobile Group - Learn & Games for Kids (“SmartMobile,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information whenever you use our services.

Compliance with COPPA & GDPR

We strictly follow the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the U.S., which requires parental consent before collecting personal data from children under 13 years old.

Similarly, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires parental consent for children under 16 years old in certain countries. We comply with these laws by limiting data collection and requiring consent where appropriate.

We seek verifiable parental consent before collecting any personal data from children under 13 (U.S.) or under 16 (EU). Parents may contact us to review or withdraw consent at any time.

We do not collect, track, or share any personal information from children using our app. We do not use the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or any tracking technologies.

All data collection practices are designed to protect children’s privacy and comply fully with applicable laws.

Advertising Practices

Our app displays only third-party contextual (non-personalized) advertisements. These ads:

• Are served without collecting or using personal information or behavioral data.

• Are provided by Google AdMob, which is configured to comply with child privacy laws including COPPA and GDPR-K.

• Are tagged for child-directed treatment using:

Additional Human Review

In addition to Google’s automated and human review systems, our team manually reviews third-party ad creatives (images, videos, playable ads) and advertiser categories before approval and on an ongoing basis to ensure they are age-appropriate for children under 13.

We immediately block and remove any ads or sources that contain inappropriate content, such as:

• Violence or frightening imagery

• Sexual or suggestive material

• Alcohol, tobacco, or drugs

• Gambling, contests, or lotteries

• Political or religious advocacy

• Any adult-only or otherwise unsuitable content

Parental Gate Protection

Before any third-party ad is displayed or can open an external destination (such as a website or the App Store), our app requires a parental gate challenge.

This ensures that only a parent or guardian can authorize leaving the app environment.

The parental gate cannot be disabled or bypassed in settings.

Publicly Documented Ad Policy

To meet Apple’s App Store Guidelines 1.3, we have published this ad policy to explain how our app handles third-party advertising in compliance with children’s safety and privacy laws.

Children and Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years old. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately so that we can delete the information and obtain parental consent if required.

Customer Support

If you contact us with support questions, we may receive your email address or other information you provide. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and do not share it with third parties.

In-App Purchases

We do not collect or have access to any billing information for in-app purchases. All payment processing is handled securely by the iOS App Store or Android’s Google Play
