BY INSTALLING, USING, OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND GIVE AN EXPLICIT AND INFORMED CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL, USE, OR OTHERWISE ACCESS THE SERVICES.

Prépa Médecine Maroc reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at reasonable times. Your continued use of the Services will signify your acceptance of any changes to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Non-Personal Data

Non-personal data refers to information that does not directly identify you. Prépa Médecine Maroc may automatically collect the following non-personal data:

- Application properties: app name, package name, and app icon installed on your device

- Device information: device model, operating system version, and language settings

- General usage statistics: session duration, feature usage frequency, and crash reports

Prépa Médecine Maroc uses this non-personal data to analyze app usage, serve advertisements, manage and improve the Services, and develop new features.

- Third-party SDKs are vetted to ensure compliance with Google Play Developer Program Policies

However, no system can be 100% secure. Despite our reasonable efforts, unauthorized access to data remains a possibility. By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept this residual risk.

6. Account and Data Deletion

Because Prépa Médecine Maroc does not offer user account registration, there is no personal account to delete.

Any data collected automatically by third-party SDKs (such as advertising IDs or analytics events) is managed entirely by those respective platforms. You can manage or reset this data through your device settings:

- Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads > Reset Advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalization

7. Children's Privacy

Prépa Médecine Maroc is directed toward individuals who are at least 13 years of age. The app is not designed, intended, or marketed for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have inadvertently gathered personal data from a child under 13, we will take immediate reasonable measures to erase such data from our records.

8. Third-Party Services

We integrate the following third-party services into Prépa Médecine Maroc. Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We ensure all integrated SDKs comply with Google Play Developer Program Policies.

Advertising

Google AdMob

- Purpose: To serve banner and interstitial advertisements within the app

- Data collected: Android Advertising ID, device information, IP address

Note: Prépa Médecine Maroc does NOT use Flurry Analytics or any other discontinued or deprecated analytics service.

By installing and using Prépa Médecine Maroc, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in this Privacy Policy, including the data practices of our integrated third-party SDKs.

Where required by applicable law (such as GDPR for EU residents or CCPA for California residents), Prépa Médecine Maroc will request your explicit, informed consent before collecting or processing any personal or sensitive data.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by:

- Uninstalling the app from your device

10. Compliance with Google Play Policies

Prépa Médecine Maroc complies with the Google Play Developer Program Policies, including:

- Transparent disclosure of all data collected by the app and integrated third-party SDKs

- Accurate completion of the Data Safety Form in Google Play Console, consistent with this Privacy Policy

- No collection of sensitive permissions beyond what is required for core app functionality

- No deceptive behaviors, misleading claims, or false representations

- All third-party SDKs integrated into the app are reviewed for policy compliance

Developers note: Before publishing, ensure your Google Play Console Data Safety Form is completed and matches the disclosures in this Privacy Policy exactly.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, third-party services, or applicable laws. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
