DocPixel: PDF & QR Scanner provides tools for viewing PDF documents, creating PDF files from images, converting PDF pages into images, scanning QR codes and barcodes, and organizing local files on your device.

The App processes information required to provide its features.
When you open, import, convert, organize, or manage files, the App may process local file information such as file names, file paths, file types, file sizes, folder information, creation or modification dates, thumbnails, PDF documents, images, scanned documents, and files generated through conversion features.
This information is mainly processed locally on your device. The App does not intentionally upload your personal documents, images, scanned files, or generated files to our servers for providing core features.

Scan results may be stored locally so you can review them later.
The App may also store local preferences and activity records, including language settings, display preferences, permission status, recently opened documents, scan history, folder information, conversion settings, and user interface preferences. These records are stored locally on your device.
If you contact us for support, we may process your email address, message content, screenshots, or other information you choose to provide. This information is used only for responding to requests and providing customer support.
The App does not require account registration.
Device Permissions
The App may request certain permissions to provide specific features.
Camera permission may be used for scanning QR codes, scanning barcodes, capturing documents, and taking images for PDF creation.

PDF reading, image-to-PDF conversion, PDF-to-image conversion, QR code recognition, barcode recognition, file organization, scan history, and document records are processed locally.
The App does not intentionally upload your personal PDF documents, images, scanned documents, QR code results, barcode results, or generated files to our servers for these functions.
Files created through the App remain in the storage location selected by you until you move or delete them.
Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services for functions such as advertising, analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, or customer support.
These services may process limited technical information, including device information, operating system version, App version, advertising identifiers, IP address, usage information, diagnostic data, and crash information.

Data Retention
Local settings, scan history, recently opened documents, folder information, and preferences remain on your device until you delete them, clear App data, or uninstall the App.
Documents, images, converted files, and generated files remain stored in the location selected by you until you move or delete them.
Support emails may be retained only as long as necessary to respond to requests and maintain support records.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information processed by the App. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security.
Users are responsible for protecting access to their devices and reviewing files before sharing them.
Children’s Privacy
DocPixel: PDF & QR Scanner is not directed to children under the age of 13 or the minimum age required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
