This Privacy Policy describes how Ambulance Team Control ("the App", "we", "our") handles information when you use our mobile application.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The App is designed to operate fully offline. We do not collect, transmit or store any personal data on external servers.
All data you enter is stored locally on your device only, including:
• Staff profiles (names, phone numbers, email addresses, roles, certifications)
• Staff photos (stored in the app's private directory on your device)
• Shift schedules, attendance records, leave requests
• Emergency call logs and vehicle records
• Announcements
We do not have access to this data at any time.

2. ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)
The App displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google may collect and process certain information to serve relevant ads, including:
• Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID / GAID)
• Device information (model, OS version)
• IP address (for approximate location)
• App interaction data
This data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy:

You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings under Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization.

3. PERMISSIONS
The App requests the following permissions:
• CAMERA – to take staff photos within the app
• INTERNET – required by Google AdMob to display advertisements
We do not use these permissions to collect or transmit your personal data.

4. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
All app data (staff records, schedules, attendance, emergency logs, photos) is stored exclusively on your device using a local database. We do not upload, sync or back up your data to any cloud service or external server.
Data Retention: Your data remains on your device for as long as the App is installed. No automatic deletion occurs.

5. HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA
You have full control over your data. You can delete it in the following ways:
• Delete individual records: Open the App, navigate to the relevant section (Staff, Shifts, Attendance, etc.) and swipe left on any item to delete it.
• Clear all data: Go to Settings in the App and use the Restore function with an empty backup, or clear all records manually.
• Uninstall the App: Uninstalling the App from your device will permanently delete all locally stored data, including the local database and staff photos saved by the App.
• Clear app storage: Go to your device's Settings > Apps > Ambulance Team Control > Storage > Clear Data. This permanently deletes all app data.
Once deleted by any of the above methods, the data cannot be recovered unless you have previously created a backup through the App's Backup feature.

6. DATA SHARING
We do not sell, trade, rent or share your data with any third party, except as described in Section 2 (Google AdMob advertising).
The App includes features to share content (PDF schedules, announcements) via LINE, email, or other installed apps. This sharing is initiated solely by you and the content is transmitted through those third-party applications under their own privacy policies.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
This App is intended for use by adult professionals in emergency medical services. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 years of age.

8. SECURITY
Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on the security of your device. We recommend using a screen lock and keeping your device software up to date.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
