Ajay Quinnell built the Circulism Art Books app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Ajay Quinnell and is intended for use as is.

If you choose to use this Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Below are the third-party service providers used by the app:
Google Play Services: Used for downloading the app and facilitating in-app purchases.
Google Analytics for Firebase & Firebase Crashlytics: Used to monitor app performance, manage content (such as downloading new coloring books), and report crashes so we can fix bugs and improve the experience.
Circulism Art Books offers premium content ("Purchased Books") through Google Play Billing. All payment processing is handled securely by Google Play. We do not process, collect, or store your credit card details, banking information, or billing address on our own servers. We only receive an anonymous purchase token to unlock your premium books within the app.
To function correctly, the app requests the following permissions on your device:
Storage/Photos/Media: We request this permission solely so you can save your completed artworks to your device's gallery and share them with other apps (like Instagram or WhatsApp). We do not read, access, or collect your personal photos or files.
Circulism Art Books is designed to respect your privacy.
No Accounts: The app does not require you to create a personal account, log in, or provide a name or email address.
Local Saving: Your progress on artworks ("Saved Artworks") is stored locally on your device.
Data Deletion: Because your progress is stored locally on your device and not tied to an account on our servers, you can permanently delete all your app data simply by clearing the app's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the app.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.
