When you use our App, we may collect certain information to provide and improve our services. Some of this information is provided directly by you, while other data is collected automatically in the background. When you enter text for translation or chatbot responses, the information you type is transmitted to our servers or trusted third-party AI and translation providers solely for the purpose of generating accurate output. None of this information is permanently stored or used for any purpose other than processing your request.
If you use voice translation or speech-to-text features, we temporarily access your device’s microphone only during the recording process. Your audio is sent to speech recognition services to convert it into text, and it is not stored after the result is delivered. Similarly, when you use camera-based translation or OCR (Optical Character Recognition), the App accesses your camera to capture images. These images are processed to extract text, but they are deleted immediately after processing and never stored or reused.
We may also receive information related to your in-app purchases and subscriptions through Apple. This information includes anonymous transaction identifiers, subscription activation and expiration dates, and purchase history. We do not receive your credit card details, bank information, or any sensitive payment data. Apple handles all financial transactions securely through the App Store.
In addition, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information whenever you use the App. This includes details such as your device model, operating system version, language and region settings, App version, crash logs, and interactions within the App. This information helps us optimize performance, diagnose issues, and understand how users engage with various features. Your input data is transmitted to these APIs only for the purpose of generating the requested output. After the output is produced, the data is discarded and never stored permanently.
The information we collect is used exclusively to provide, maintain, and improve the App’s functionality. Your text, images, and audio inputs are processed solely to produce translations, OCR results, and chatbot responses. We analyze aggregated usage patterns to make the App faster, more stable, and more user-friendly. Advertising information is used to deliver relevant ads and support the free version of the App. Subscription and purchase data is processed to activate premium features, restore purchases, and prevent unauthorized access.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not use your translations, photos, or voice recordings for training machine learning models, marketing, or any secondary purpose. All processing is limited to real-time interaction only.
We take your privacy seriously and follow industry-standard security measures to safeguard your information. Data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access. We do not store photos, audio, or text inputs after processing. Only minimal operational data such as subscription status, crash logs, or temporary analytics may be stored for necessary functionality. Our systems are designed to ensure that sensitive content does not persist beyond the time required to perform your requested task.
Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or request personal information from children. If we discover that information has been unintentionally collected from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it. Parents or guardians who believe that their child may have provided information can contact us for immediate removal
Depending on your country or region, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. Under the GDPR (European Union), you may request access to the information we hold about you, request corrections, ask for deletion of stored information, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. The App offers various premium features that can be unlocked through subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases. All financial transactions are processed exclusively through Apple’s App Store. We do not handle or store your payment information. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID settings under the “Subscriptions” section. Refunds are issued only by Apple according to App Store policies.
You may choose to limit or disable personalized advertising on your device. On iOS, this can be done through the Privacy settings by disabling “Allow Apps to Request to Track” or turning off “Personalized Ads.” Even after opting out, you may still see advertisements, but they will be non-personalized.
We retain certain types of information only as long as necessary to provide the App’s services or as required by Apple and legal obligations. Subscription records and analytics may be retained for operational or reporting purposes, but all text inputs, audio recordings, and images processed by the App are deleted immediately after use.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal obligations. When changes are made, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top. Continued use of the App after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
