The extension may process:

• Notes created by users

• Titles and content of saved notes

• User-selected webpage content

• AI prompts entered by users

• Extension settings and preferences

Information is used only to:

• Create and manage notes

• Save webpage content requested by the user

• Generate AI-powered summaries and assistance

• Store extension preferences

• Improve extension functionality

User data is stored locally in the browser whenever possible.

The extension does not intentionally collect personal information for advertising or profiling purposes.

If you use local models:

AI processing is performed locally on the user's device whenever supported.

Downloaded AI models are stored locally for future use.

If you use cloud APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Hugging Face Inference API, etc., you must explicitly say:

User-provided content may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers solely for generating AI responses.

This is extremely important.

We do not sell, rent, or transfer user data to third parties except when required to provide requested AI functionality or when required by law.

The extension uses the following permissions:

• Storage: Save notes and preferences.

• Side Panel: Display the extension interface.

• Tabs: Access the currently active tab when requested by the user.

• Scripting: Extract webpage content selected by the user.

• Host Permissions: Access webpage content for note-taking and AI processing.

Users can edit or delete their notes at any time.

Users can uninstall the extension to remove extension data.

The extension is not directed toward children under 13 years of age.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the extension constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
