Terms of Service Effective Date: February 25, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using the "Frequency Generator Tone HZ" mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

The App is operated by TOO Hidavo, a company registered in Kazakhstan ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service "Frequency Generator Tone HZ" is a utility application designed for generating and playing audio frequencies. The App includes:

• Frequency player with the ability to save frequencies to favorites

• Water Eject function (speaker cleaning via sound impulse)

• Spectrum analysis and signal visualization

• Offline functionality

• Multi-language support

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Plans The App offers the following subscription options:

• Weekly subscription with 3-day free trial

• Monthly subscription

• Annual subscription

All subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

3.2 Free Trial New subscribers may be eligible for a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew, and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

3.3 Automatic Renewal Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged through your App Store or Google Play account.

3.4 Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period.

3.5 Price Changes We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to subsequent renewals.

3.6 Purchase Restoration You can restore previous purchases on a new device using the "Restore Purchases" feature within the App.

4. User Conduct You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Share, distribute, or reproduce App content without authorization

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership All content within the App, including but not limited to audio frequencies, text, graphics, user interface, and software, is owned by TOO Hidavo or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

5.3 Third-Party Content Some illustrations and graphics may be sourced from free stock image providers. We do not claim ownership of such third-party content and use it in accordance with applicable licenses.

6. Disclaimer The App is provided for utility and entertainment purposes only. The Water Eject function and other audio features are provided "as is" without any guarantee of effectiveness. We are not responsible for any damage to your device that may occur from using the App.

7. Privacy Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services The App integrates the following third-party services:

• Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, push notifications)

• Amplitude (analytics)

• Qonversion (subscription management)

• Superwall (paywall management)

These services may collect information as described in their respective privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 "As Is" Basis THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 No Guarantee We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted

• Defects will be corrected

• The App is free from viruses or harmful components

• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable

9.3 Utility Purposes The App is designed for utility and entertainment purposes only. Audio frequency features, including Water Eject, should not be taken as professional technical advice or a substitute for professional device repair.

10. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOO HIDAVO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App

• Any unauthorized access to or use of the App

• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code

• Any content obtained from the App

• Any conduct or content of third parties on or through the App

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TOO Hidavo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the App

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any rights of another party

12. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will immediately cease

• You must delete the App from your device

• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation

• If negotiation fails, binding arbitration in Astana, Kazakhstan

• Arbitration shall be conducted in English or Russian

15. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TOO Hidavo regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.

17. No Waiver Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
