Welcome to Cashenta. This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Cashenta ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User" or "you") of the Cashenta mobile application ("App"). This privacy policy applies to the App and all products and services offered by Cashenta.
By downloading, installing, or using Cashenta, you explicitly agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our App.
Disclaimer: Google LLC is not a sponsor of, nor is it involved in any way with the rewards, prizes, or payouts provided by Cashenta. All rewards are solely sponsored and managed by Cashenta.
We prioritize user privacy and minimize the data we collect. Cashenta operates without requiring traditional user account registration (such as email and password), meaning we do not collect personal identification information like your name, email address, phone number, or physical address unless you explicitly provide it to us for support or reward redemption purposes.
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our App. This information is automatically collected and may include:
Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., Android ID, IMEI), mobile network information, and browser type.
Usage Data: Diagnostic logs, session durations, error crash reports, app performance metrics, and general interaction data within the App.
Advertising Identifiers: We collect the Google Advertising ID (AAID) for Android to serve personalized advertisements. Note that the AAID can be reset or opted out of by the user through device settings.
We only collect personal information when strictly necessary for specific actions:
Redemption Data: When you accumulate enough digital rewards and request a payout (e.g., UPI transfer, Wallet transfer), you may be prompted to provide your UPI ID, Wallet Number, or Bank Account Number. This data is solely used to process your payment and is not sold or shared with any unauthorized third parties.
Customer Support: If you contact our support team, we may retain your communication, email address, and the contents of your message.
To function correctly, Cashenta requires specific Android permissions. We only request permissions essential for the app's operation and ad monetization:
INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to fetch tasks, load Google AdMob advertisements, verify connectivity logic, and communicate with Firebase backend servers.
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID: Required by Google Mobile Ads SDK to serve personalized ads based on user interests.
WAKE_LOCK & POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Firebase Cloud Messaging): Required to receive push notifications alerting you of new tasks, daily spins, or redemption statuses.
QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES / BROWSABLE INTENTS: Required to safely launch external web links (like this Privacy Policy or sponsors) outside the app cleanly.
Cashenta may collect and use Users' personal and non-personal data for the following purposes:
3.1 To Run and Operate our App
To track your digital "Coins" and "Cash" balances and your daily streaks. Currently, your primary balances are stored securely in your device's local memory (SharedPreferences).
To synchronize your data via Google Firebase to prevent fraud.
3.2 To Improve Customer Service
Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
3.3 To Personalize User Experience
We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided in our App.
3.4 To Serve Advertisements
Ads appearing on our app are delivered to Users by our advertising partners (specifically, Google AdMob). These partners may set cookies or use Ad IDs to compile non-personal identification information about you or others who use your computer/device. This allows ad networks to deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This privacy policy does not cover the use of identifying data by any advertisers.
3.5 To Process Reward Redemptions
Information such as your UPI ID or Payment Wallet number will exclusively be used by our team backend to fulfill your requested cashouts.
To provide our App’s functionalities, we integrate with secure third-party services. These third parties have their own Privacy Policies dictating how they handle data. We use:
Google AdMob: A mobile advertising platform provided by Google. AdMob uses the Advertising ID to serve ads. AdMob collects location, device, and network data for ad personalization and safety processing. Google Firebase Analytics: An app measurement solution that provides insight on app usage and user engagement. It collects metrics like session durations and screen views to help us improve the app and resolve crashes. (Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy)
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Used to send Push Notifications. FCM utilizes secure instances to route alerts to your device without exposing personal PII.
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, local data balances, and transaction information handled by our App.
However, please be aware that no security measures are perfectly impenetrable. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Furthermore, because core balances may be stored locally on your device, deleting the app or clearing its core cache will permanently erase your unredeemed rewards. We hold no liability for locally lost data.
To maintain the integrity of Cashenta, we actively monitor for fraudulent activities. Any usage of VPNs, Proxy networks, Rooted Devices, Auto-Clicker applications, Emulators, or attempts to reverse-engineer our Ad SDKs or Firebase infrastructure is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to collect device configuration data to identify and permanently ban accounts or devices engaging in these malicious practices.
Cashenta is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not use or access this App. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from an individual under the age of 18, we will take immediate steps to delete that information and terminate the associated account.
Cashenta has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page within the App's "Settings" menu for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
By using this App, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use Cashenta. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
