1. Summary

OTPOOR is a single-device arcade game with no accounts, no servers, no ads, no analytics and no in-app purchases. We collect no personal data. The app contains no network code at all — nothing it computes ever leaves your device.

2. What the app does not do

It does not create accounts, request any device permission (camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, files, notifications), read device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, Android Advertising ID), include any advertising, attribution, crash-reporting or analytics SDK, open any network connection, offer purchases or subscriptions, or track you across apps and websites.

In-game coins, chips and tables are fictional gameplay items with no real-world value. Despite the casino theme, no real money or gambling is involved.

3. What the app stores on your device

To keep your progress between sessions, OTPOOR saves one small block of data to your operating system's standard local storage (NSUserDefaults on iOS, SharedPreferences on Android). It contains only: coin balance, unlocked and equipped chips and tables, upgrade levels, best floor per difficulty, stars and best result per campaign level, which story screens you have seen, play statistics (runs, perfect landings, best combo, duel wins), and two settings flags (haptics, tutorial seen).

Nothing in it identifies you, your device or your location. It stays in the app's private sandbox, readable only by OTPOOR, only on that device.

4. Backups

If you use iCloud Backup or Android Auto Backup, your OS may include this save file in your device backup, as it does for other apps. That copy is handled by Apple or Google under their own policies — we never see it. You can exclude OTPOOR from backup in your device settings.

5. Deleting your data

Reset progress from the game's Settings screen, or uninstall the app — the OS deletes its private storage with it. No request to us is needed; we hold nothing to delete.

6. Children

The app collects no data from anyone of any age, and contains no ads, purchases, chat or external links. It cannot knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or 16 where applicable), because it has no collection mechanism at all.

7. Third parties

OTPOOR is built with Flutter and one open-source storage plugin (shared_preferences). These are compiled-in code libraries, not services; they transmit nothing.

The only third parties involved are the stores that distribute the app — Apple App Store and Google Play — which collect information about downloads and updates under their own privacy policies. We receive only anonymous aggregate sales statistics from them.

8. Your rights

We process no personal data, so under the GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and comparable laws there is nothing to access, correct, port or erase, no sale or sharing of personal information, and no profiling. To ask anything about the above, write to otpoor22@gmail.com; we respond within 30 days.

9. Security

Nothing is transmitted, so there is no data in transit and no server to breach. Local save data is protected by the OS app sandbox and your device encryption — keep a device passcode enabled.

10. Changes

If a future version adds a feature that changes any of the above (an online leaderboard, a purchase), this policy will be updated before that version ships, with a new "Effective date" and a note in the release notes.
