Apple iOS Device Users & Data Rights

For users accessing Edhomy AI Languages via Apple iOS devices, we comply fully with Apple App Store Review Guidelines regarding data privacy and user control. In accordance with Apple Guideline 5.1.1, if you create an account within Edhomy AI Languages, you maintain the full right to delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the app settings or via our dedicated deletion workflow. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be permanently purged from our primary servers within 15 to 30 days. Furthermore, Edhomy AI Languages does not track you across third-party apps or websites for targeted advertising purposes without your explicit prior permission via the native iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt.

Age Eligibility (16+ Required, 18+ Recommended)

Our Services are restricted to users who are at least 16 years of age or older, with a recommended age of 18+ for optimal platform interaction. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from individuals under 16. If we discover that an account belongs to someone under 16 years of age, we will immediately delete their account and purge all associated personal data from our servers.

AI Tutor Speaker – Data Processing

Edhomy AI Languages includes an optional feature called AI Tutor Speaker, which generates spoken tutoring responses using a third-party artificial intelligence service.

Data Sent to the AI Service

When the user uses the AI Tutor Speaker feature, the app sends conversational prompts and contextual text required to generate responses to the AI service provider. No user full name, email address, account information, or direct contact details are transmitted during the conversation.

Purpose of Data Processing & Protection

The transmitted data is used only to respond to the user through the AI Tutor Speaker feature. The data is not used for advertising or marketing purposes. Transmitted data is maintained under enterprise security protocols and is not used to train public AI base models.

User Consent

User data is transmitted to the AI provider only when the user chooses to use the AI Tutor Speaker feature and submits a prompt. By submitting a prompt, the user requests processing by the AI service.

Infrastructure & Data Storage: Platform data for Edhomy Platform is processed and stored via enterprise Cloud Services under strict security protocols to support user account management and platform interactions.

International Transfers: Data may be stored and processed on enterprise cloud servers located in the United States and other international regions under standard data protection safeguards.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
