This app is developed by Zineb. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it.
Your invoices, quotes, clients, products, business details, signatures and attachments are stored on your device. If iCloud Sync is on, iOS keeps a second copy in your own iCloud account so your other devices can see it. The app has no account, and nothing you enter is sent to us, so we never see this data.
Sync uses Apple's iCloud and your own Apple Account. The copy goes to that account's private storage, which only you can read: we have no access to it, no key to it and no way to ask for it. What Apple does with data held in iCloud is covered by Apple's own privacy policy. You can turn Sync off under Backup, and deleting the app does not delete the iCloud copy — remove it from your Apple Account in the Settings app.
A document or backup leaves your device only when you share or export it — by email, AirDrop, printing or iCloud Drive, for example. You choose where it goes.
When you add a logo, a photo or a file, you pick it in the system picker. The app receives only the items you choose and cannot see the rest of your library.
The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier (only if you allow it), your IP address, your approximate location and how you interact with ads. Google explains how it uses this information here: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Before the advertising identifier can be used for personalized ads, iOS asks for your permission. If you decline, you still see ads, but they may be less relevant. You can change your choice at any time in your iPhone's privacy settings.
To see how the app is used and make it better, the app records usage events with Google Analytics for Firebase: for example which screens are opened, when a document is created, shared or printed, and when a subscription is bought. These events never contain what you write in your documents — no names, addresses, emails, document numbers, notes or amounts. Google also receives technical details such as the device model, iOS version, app version, language, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and a random identifier for this installation of the app. Where the law requires your consent, nothing is stored on your device for analytics without it, and you can change your choice in Settings under Ad Privacy Choices. Google explains how it uses this information here: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
If the app crashes, it sends a crash report to Firebase Crashlytics, a Google service, so that we can find and fix the fault: where in the app's code it stopped, the device model, the iOS and app versions, and a random identifier for this installation of the app. The app adds nothing you write to a crash report. Where the law requires your consent, crash reports are sent only with it, and you can change your choice in Settings under Ad Privacy Choices.
If you turn on News and Offers in Settings, under Reminders, the app registers with Firebase Cloud Messaging, a Google service, so that we can send you an occasional message about new templates and offers. Google then keeps a registration for this installation of the app that lets those messages reach it. News and Offers is off until you turn it on, and turning it off removes the registration.
The app downloads a small settings file from our website — for example, how often ads appear. The download sends nothing about you or your documents; like any connection over the internet, it reaches our server with your device's IP address.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. We never receive your payment details: the app asks Apple whether your subscription is active, and reports a purchase to the analytics described above and to RevenueCat, a service that keeps our subscription records — the plan, its price and currency, the App Store transaction and a random identifier for this installation, never your name or how you paid. Subscribers do not see ads.
This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your data is yours: you can edit or delete it in the app at any time, and deleting the app removes it from this device. A copy in your iCloud account is removed from the Settings app, and backups you exported stay wherever you saved them.
If this policy changes, the new version will appear in the app with a new date.
