1. Data Collection by the App The "DailyMath" app itself does not actively collect, store, or process any direct personal data (such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers). Your learning progress is stored exclusively locally on your device.
2. Third-Party Services To offer the app for free and enable certain features (like in-app purchases), we integrate third-party services. These services may collect data according to their own privacy policies.
Google AdMob (Advertising): We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the app. AdMob collects and processes certain device and usage data (e.g., IP address, device advertising ID) to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we use a Consent Management Tool (UMP SDK) to obtain your explicit consent under the GDPR before displaying ads. Google Play Billing (In-App Purchases): If you choose to purchase the premium version of the app, the payment is processed securely and directly through the Google Play Store. We do not have access to your payment information (such as credit card details). Google only provides us with the status of your purchase so that we can unlock the premium content for you.
3. Children's Privacy Our app is not knowingly directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
4. Changes to this Privacy Policy We reserve the right to update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect legal or technical changes. The most current version can always be found via the link in the Google Play Store or in the app settings.
