I along with my partner Arjya Das have had the pleasure of working under Dr Palash Ghosh , Dept of Mathematics , IIT Guwahati to develop a simple Shiny-App that provides -
One-month prediction of the cumulative COVID-19 cases at India-level.
One-month prediction of the cumulative COVID-19 cases at state-level (states with more than 1000 total cases).
For each state: Graph of daily infection rate (DIR), Logistic model prediction, Exponential model prediction, and Susceptible-Infected-Susceptible (SIS) model analysis.
All the graphs can be zoom-in using the slider below the graphs. Pointing your mouse on a graph will show the associated values.
An animation to show how different states obtained their first case.
Data will be updated every 10 days.
