Eyes
Mascara debris and oils must be completely removed with a non-oil-based makeup remover and a gentle cleanser.
The particle residue of permanent mascara remains on the lashes for a long time, even if it is not visible to the naked eye, despite the fact that we give your lashes a lash bath and prime them before each session.
If your lashes are not clean we cannot ensure the extensions will last as makeup residue and oil on your lashes will not allow the adhesive to fully bond to the lash.
Face
To avoid the oils in your foundation and moisturizer, we suggest that you do not wear makeup on the day of your visit.
There is also no makeup residue to work on when we apply the eye pads and tape to your face.
If you arrive with makeup residue on your face, a mini facial and makeup removal will be performed for an extra $35 to your service.

Prior to applying lash extensions, we need your lashes to be in the most natural and healthy state possible. Please do not curl your eyelashes or manipulate them in any way three days prior to your session.
Each extension is applied one by one to your own natural lashes using a medical grade adhesive. Adhesive does not touch the skin.
You will be lying down with your eyes closed during the entire procedure.
Timing of the appointment depends on the lash set you choose and number of lashes applied. More lashes = more time. Each appointment will last a minimum of 1.5 hours to 5-7 hours.
For your safety, you must remain lying down and have your eyes closed during the entire procedure therefore cell phones need to be turned off in the treatment room.
Re-lash/Touch up appointments are recommended every 2-3 weeks.
Your lash extensions will shed as your natural lashes do.
To keep your lashes looking full and not 'gappy' touch-up appointments are necessary every 2-3 weeks.
Touch-ups are not available after 4 weeks it will be considered a new full set.
Shedding.
It is natural for a few lashes to shed within the first few days of having your lash extensions applied.
Every 2-3 weeks, we naturally shed 25%-35-% of our natural lashes and have new growth in its place.
Lash shedding depends on your natural lash growth cycle, your adherence to aftercare, and other factors.
Lash shedding will vary from appointment to appointment – there is no predicting how long your lashes will last, that is why it is important to come in for a re-lash appointment every 2-3 weeks.
Removal.
Lashes MUST be removed by a professional DO NOT try to remove lashes on your own - if you do so, it is highly likely you will pull out your natural lashes.
Removal takes 30 -60 minutes.
You can also allow your lashes to fall out naturally over time.
