Chitrangada Basu is a highly qualified educator and counselor with a robust academic background in the sciences and pedagogy. She earned her B.Ed. and her Honours degree from the University of Calcutta, subsequently completing her M.Sc. in Pure Chemistry from CSJM University, Kanpur. With a commitment to administrative efficiency, she also holds a Diploma in Data Entry Operations from Webel.

Beyond her core subject expertise, Ms. Basu has specialized in the emotional and mental well-being of learners through a Post Graduate Diploma in Counseling, conducted by Deeksha in collaboration with Calcutta University. This qualification provides her with a unique advantage in identifying and addressing the complex psychological needs of students pursuing higher studies.

Her professional experience is marked by her long-standing association with the CISCE Council. She has actively participated in numerous Council training programs at both the ICSE and ISC levels, ensuring her teaching and assessment methods remain at the forefront of national standards.
