Priorly ("we", "our", or "us")is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

Priorly does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal information. All data you enter in the app (the 5 priority items you type) remains solely on your device and is cleared when you close or restart the app.

We do NOT collect:

Device identifiers

Usage analytics or telemetry

Advertising identifiers

Any form of user data whatsoever

Data Storage

All content you create within Priorly exists only in temporary memory during your active session. No data is written to disk, no database is used, and no information is retained after you leave the app. We maintain no servers and store none of your data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer any information to third parties. The only data that may leave your device is feedback you explicitly choose to submit through the feedback form, which shares information via your device's native share sheet.

Third-Party Services

Priorly does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app functions entirely offline with no network requests.

Children's Privacy

Our app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since we collect no data at all, there is no risk of accidental collection of children's data.

Your Rights

Since Priorly does not collect or store any of your data, there is no data to access, modify, export, or delete. You are in complete control your priorities remain private on your device at all times.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with a new "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
