Fayzullayev Rasulbek ("we", "our", or "us") built the Priority Matrix app as a free app. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our app.
All your tasks, projects, subtasks, and preferences are stored locally on your device using an offline database. We do not have access to this data, and it is never uploaded to our servers.
We use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to collect anonymous usage data, including:
Screen views and navigation patterns
Feature usage events (e.g., task created, project deleted, theme changed)
A randomly generated anonymous identifier (UUID) to distinguish unique users — this ID is not linked to your personal identity
This data helps us understand how the app is used and prioritize improvements.
We use Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google) to collect crash reports when the app encounters an error. These reports include:
Device model and OS version
App version and build information
Stack trace of the error
The anonymous UUID mentioned above
Crash reports help us identify and fix bugs.
Personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
Location data
Contacts or calendar data
Photos, files, or media
Financial or payment information
The app requests the following permissions:
Notifications — To deliver daily reminder notifications you configure in Settings.
Exact Alarms — To schedule daily reminders at the precise time you choose.
Boot Completed — To reschedule your reminder after device restart.
All permissions are optional and requested only when you enable the relevant feature.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties.
Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics data is processed by Google under their privacy policies:

Local data remains on your device until you delete the app or clear app data.
Analytics data is retained by Firebase according to Google's standard retention policies (14 months for event data, 60 months for conversion data).
Crash reports are retained in Firebase Crashlytics for 90 days.
The app does not participate in Android's cloud backup. Your data is not backed up to Google Drive or any cloud service.
This app does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. The app does not require any personal information to function.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
