2. How do I place an order?
You can place an order by:
· Sending a WhatsApp

· Visit our Facebook Business Page
· Ordering digital products directly through our website
3. What are your turnaround times?
Turnaround depends on the type of service:
· Design only: 1–3 business days
· Printing: 2–5 business days depending on volume and complexity
· Digital products: Instant download after purchase
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
4. How can I get my files to you?
You can send files via:
· Upload links provided during order confirmation (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox)
5. What format should I send my files in?
We recommend PDF, PNG, JPG, or DOC for most files. If you’re unsure, reach out and we’ll guide you.
6. Do you deliver printed items?
Yes, we offer delivery in select areas. Delivery fees may apply based on location. Pickup is also available in Ocho Rios by arrangement.
7. Can I request changes after I approve a design?
Once you’ve approved the final design, any changes afterward may incur a revision fee. We encourage you to carefully review your design before final approval.
8. What’s your refund policy?
Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds on printed or personalized items. For digital products, all sales are final. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us — we’re happy to work with you on a solution.
9. I bought a digital product but didn’t receive the file. What should I do?
First, check your email (including spam/junk folders). If you still don’t see it, contact us at printingdesignz@gmail.com or WhatsApp and we’ll resend the link.
10. Do you do bulk printing or business packages?
Absolutely! We offer custom business packages including logo design, flyers, business cards, and social media graphics. Contact us to discuss your needs.
11. Do you offer training or classes?
We share tutorials and helpful guides through our YouTube channel and eBooks. Follow us to stay updated on new releases and workshops.
