HP Printers
Initial Hardware Preparation: Unpack the unit, remove all protective blue tape, and install the power cord. Turn the unit on and insert the ink/toner cartridges along with plain paper in the primary tray.
App Setup: Navigate to 123.hp.com on your computer or mobile device to download the official HP Smart app.
Wireless Pairing: Open HP Smart. The app will automatically detect your new printer via Bluetooth/Wi-Fi signal. Select Set Up a New Printer and follow the prompts to enter your local Wi-Fi credentials.
Driver & Cloud Linking: Complete the setup by creating or signing into an HP account to finalize driver installation and activate cloud-printing capabilities.
Canon Printers
Initial Hardware Preparation: Remove all protective orange tape and internal packing blocks. Plug in the power cord, power on the device, select your language on the control panel, and install the fine cartridges or ink tanks.
Network Setup: Navigate to ij.start.canon on your browser. Download the official Master Setup package for your model.
Wireless Connection:
Touchscreen Models: Go to LAN Settings > Wireless LAN Setup > Standard Setup, select your Wi-Fi SSID, and enter the password directly.
Non-Touchscreen Models: Press and hold the Wireless Direct/Wi-Fi Connect button on the printer until the light flashes, then run the installer software to automatically push Wi-Fi credentials.
Driver Finalization: Run the downloaded installer package to configure the MP Drivers and IJ Scan Utility.
Epson Printers
Initial Hardware Preparation: Unpack the unit and clear all protective packaging material.
EcoTank Series: Fill the ink tanks using the key-lock bottles corresponding to each color code before powering on. Wait for the initial 10–20 minute ink-charging cycle to complete.
WorkForce/Expression Series: Install the standard ink cartridges when prompted on the screen.
Software Download: Visit [epson.com/support](https://epson.com/support) and search for your specific model number. Download the Epson Setup Navi or Drivers and Utilities Combo Package.
Wi-Fi Setup: Run the installer on your PC/Mac. Choose Wireless Connection and let the installer perform an automatic Wi-Fi Auto Connect, or set it up via the printer panel under Settings > Network Settings > Wi-Fi Setup Wizard.
Brother Printers
Initial Hardware Preparation: Open the top/front cover to remove all orange protective locks and transit pieces from the drum unit and toner assemblies. Load paper into the main cassette and connect the power cable.
Control Panel Wi-Fi Setup:
Press the Menu/Settings button on the control panel.
Navigate to Network > WLAN > Setup Wizard.
Select your local Wi-Fi network SSID, enter the network key using the keypad/arrow keys, and confirm when the connection display reads "Connected".
Driver Download: Go to setup.brother.com (or search your model on support.brother.com). Download and run the Full Software Package.
Pairing: Select Wireless Network Connection (Wi-Fi) during installation. The software will detect the Brother unit operating on the same local network and complete the driver and status monitor installation.
