Step: -1 connect your printer to your pc or laptop with the help of the USB port and the printer cable.

Step: -2 give printer a power supply.

Step: -3 click on the windows icon at the bottom left corner of your laptop or pc.

Step: -4 then go to settings.

Step: -5 now you well able to see an option called “Devices” simply click on it.

Step: -6 from the left side menu click on “printer and scanner” option.

Add a Bluetooth, wireless or network discoverable printer: - if you are trying to connect through Bluetooth or wireless chose this

Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings: - if you want to set all the settings manually select this option.

How to remove a printer on pc or laptop?

Step: -5 now click on the “+” sign to add your printer on Mac.

Step: -6 select the printer that have USB in its name and then click on add button.

Step: -7 when the printer will successfully be connected, you will able to see it in the left sidebar.

How to remove printer on Mac?

Step: -1 on your Mac click on the apple menu.

Step: -2 now, open “system preferences” on your Mac.

Step: -3 a new box will open click on “printer and scanner” option.

Step: -4 now click on the printer which you want to remove from your Mac.

Step: -5 now, click on remove button and then click on “delete printer”.
