The new version of PrintCardsManager software is a combination of 3 functions are card design, card printing and card management. The software works well on Windows 7/8/10 operating system. Printing on many different types of paper. Print continuously with an unlimited number of printed pages. Each page can print 10 cards, so it will be fast, efficient and cost-effective. Various printing modes include printing on paper and plastic card blanks. Design cards in various sizes to meet most card requirements.

The new version 5.5 integrates 3 components: Design + Card Printing + Card Management

1/ Card design:

• The software supports designing horizontal cards, vertical cards of standard sizes or custom sizes.

• Support available card templates such as student cards, employee cards, preschool cards. In addition, users can design from A to Z their own card templates at will.

• Take a picture of the person as a card photos right on the software or use an existing image file.

• The number of card structures is created unlimited, so many different card templates can be printed on the software. This feature is very favored by companies specializing in card design and printing.

• Support common barcode types such as: Barcode 128, QRCode, PDF417.

• Integrate images, logos, insert seals.

2/ Print card:

• Print the front and back of the card in the amount of 10 cards/page of A4 or more depending on the paper size and card size, so saving time and money. An unlimited number of pages can be continuously printed at a time.

• Print plastic cards with a dedicated printer.

• Export cards to Word, PDF, HTML, XPS files

3/ Manage cards:

The software allows the management of many different card structures, each with an associated registration list. Manage details for each individual who registers the card, keep track of the card-making process: when to receive the card, how many times to redo the card, time, etc. The software supports flexible processing such as batch data entry from excel files, directly enter each individual, edit information, cancel registration information.

Note:

• The software uses UNICODE code fonts as default.

• The image of the card object should be edited so that the size is between 30 and 50 KB.
