This Privacy Policy describes how Print ASAP ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects the information provided by users ("you" or "your") of the 'Print ASAP' mobile application ("App").

• Document Uploads: Files uploaded by you for printing purposes, temporarily stored on our servers.

• Payment Information: Managed securely by trusted third-party payment processors.

• App Usage Data: Device information, order history, preferences, and interactions within the App.

3. Use of Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to:

• Process and fulfill your print orders.

• Connect you with nearby print stations.

• Improve our services and user experience.

• Provide customer support.

• Send notifications regarding orders and app updates.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Your personal information and uploaded documents are shared with:

• Registered print stations to fulfill print orders. Stations will retain your documents in their email inbox beyond our control.

• Payment processors to facilitate secure payments.

We do not currently partner with third-party delivery providers or marketing/analytics platforms but may do so in the future, and we will update this policy accordingly.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

• Uploaded documents are stored on our servers temporarily and deleted within 24 hours.

• Other personal information is stored securely until you request deletion.

• Users can request data deletion or account deletion through an in-app link or by emailing us at shikhargoel@printasap.in.

6. Security of Your Information

We employ industry-standard practices to secure your data. Currently, document files are stored in regular cloud storage but will be upgraded to encrypted storage soon to enhance security.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and update your personal information.

• Request the deletion of your personal data and account.

• Opt-out of receiving promotional notifications and emails.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated via in-app notifications. We encourage you to review this policy regularly.
