Event Fees

For members 18 years and over, there is a fee to participate in PWA events. Fees go directly toward funding range maintenance. The fee's are: Indoor shoots: $5.00 for members, $10.00 for non members; Outdoor shoots: $10.00. (NOTE: Archers 17 years of age and younger do not pay to participate in PWA events, though State, Mid-Atlantic, and National shoots may charge a fee.)

PWA are affiliated with the Virginia Bowhunters Association (VBA), The Virginia Field Archery Association (VFAA) and the National Field Archery Association (NFAA).

PWA Membership Requirements

Must be active Prince William Chapter members (no additional charge to belong to PWA)
Must attend at least one (1) meeting per calendar year

Prince William Rifle & Pistol Club

The Prince William Rifle & Pistol Club (R&P) includes a 5-lane, indoor shooting range.

Rifle & Pistol Club Membership Requirements

Must be active Prince William Chapter members (no additional charge to belong to R&P)
Must attend an annual Range Safety meeting

Fishing

Fishing is a time-honored tradition and offers families and friends a wonderful way to enjoy the outdoors and spend time together. Prince William IWLA members are welcome to fish from the lake on our grounds. It's stocked with large mouth bass, perch, bluegill, crappie, and catfish.

All fishers must follow the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries rules and regulations.

Hunting

Hunting is not permitted on our grounds at any time. However, we provide the following educational opportunities for beginner and more advanced hunters:

- International Bowhunter Education Program (IBEP)
- Virginia Basic Hunter Education (VBHE)
- Qualifying for Fairfax County Deer Management Archery Program (FCDMAP)
- Programs sponsored by the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries (https://www.dgif.virginia.gov/)

As soon as the schedule is set, we'll post the list of 2020 classes along with dates and registration instructions.
