The Customer has contacted many lift companies worth their salt. Every single one said no, a lift cannot be envisaged forget installing. Over a period of 23 years, they have resigned to their fate.

- A normal lift needs a lift shaft, pit, head room and machine room.
- Here no such scope hence identifying a proper location to install the lift was the first challenge.
- Later edifying the lift and making them visualize was the challenge as it was unbelievable for them
- There is no prototype, no similar lift to show and this led us to more difficulty.

It took 1 year for them to discuss, deliberate and then take a positive decisions with strings attached.
