Prince Group Cambodia 

Prince Group Cambodia  One of the biggest and most powerful companies in Cambodia is Prince Holding Group, which is run by philanthropist and businessman Chen Zhi, who was born in China. With a focus on sustainable growth and community welfare, the firm was founded in 2015 and has since grown to become a major player in the consumer, financial services, and real estate industries.

Urban Development and Real Estate

Through important real estate projects, Prince Holding Group has made a significant contribution to Cambodia's urban landscape. Notably, the team is working on Sihanoukville's Ream City, a sizable, environmentally friendly urban development. The project, which will cover 834 hectares, would house up to 130,000 people in a mixed-use setting with commercial, residential, and recreational amenities. The Surbana Jurong Group in Singapore created the master plan, which is expected to cost US$16 billion in total.

Giving Back and Taking Care of Others

The Prince Group Cambodia  organisation has started more than 260 projects through the Prince Foundation, its charitable arm, helping more than 1 million people with contributions totalling more than million. One of its main initiatives is the Chen Zhi Scholarship, which offers top-achieving Cambodian students complete financial aid, professional development opportunities, and mentorship. 100 scholars were chosen from 1,900 applications submitted to the program in 2024.

The Prince Horology Prince Group Cambodia  Vocational Training Centre, which provides young Cambodians with instruction in Swiss-style watchmaking, is another vocational training program supported by the organisation. It has also contributed to mine action projects, such as creating the SAFE chatbot to inform the public about landmines and explosive ordnance, and healthcare initiatives, such as backing Kantha Bopha's paediatric healthcare campaign.

Honours and Awards

Numerous honours have been given to Prince Holding Group in recognition of their dedication to corporate social responsibility. The group won the Best in Cambodia award at the 15th Global CSR & ESG Summit and the Platinum Award at the Global CSR & ESG Awards in 2024.
