Exercise modifications during pregnancy
Strategies to reduce perineal tearing
Pushing and crowning techniques with hands on expertise with Dr. Rachel
Prenatal exercises to prepare your pelvic floor for labor
Postpartum exercises to reconnect with your pelvic floor and lay a foundation for returning to life and exercise
Pelvic floor considerations for the postpartum period
How to create a healing environment for the pelvic floor during the 4th trimester
Cost is $150 per person (includes admission for husband/partner at no additional cost)
