Michael DiScala is the sole owner of Primo Design Build Inc. which was incorporated in 2003.

Michael is the license holder for the company. The license is unlimited which allows him to build both residential and commercial with no limit to cost.

Primo Design is a custom oriented building company where each home is designed and customized to fit your needs and tastes. Each home is unique to you and no two houses are the same. There is no limit to selection or style. All within a budget you establish as the buyer.

Mike is a construction professional with over 45 years of building experience. His background includes custom designed single-family homes, custom renovations, multifamily construction, production homes, commercial office buildings and site work.

Mike in his career has worked as a construction superintendent, a project manager, and as vice president of construction. He has worked as a framer/sider/trim carpenter/cabinet installer/tiler/plumber/electrician and roofer. There is no aspect of building that he doesn’t have extensive experience.

Mike personally oversees the construction of your home. You have access to his cell phone and e-mail and as a resident of Winding River he has a personal interest in not only building your home correctly but also making the process enjoyable.
