WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

The real people at PRIMETOPUS take pride in preparing and shipping your order promptly--we want to get your awesome gear on the way to you as soon as possible so you can get out there and use it on the trail! Orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time ship the same business day. Orders placed on weekends, holidays or after 2:00 PM are shipped the next business day.

Your order will ship from our warehouse in Bandung, West Java To find your anticipated delivery date, simply add some awesome gear to your cart and enter your zip code. Our shopping cart will display shipping options and delivery dates customized for your order and zip code.

While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates based on the information provided by our carriers, the time in transit can vary based on a variety of factors including carrier delays, weather events and other unforeseen circumstances that might impact delivery.
