1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS By accessing or using Prime Tools ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must cease using the Application immediately.
2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE Prime Tools provides digital utilities based on mobile device sensors.
DISCLAIMER & MEDICAL NOTICE: The tools provided (including but not limited to Heart Rate, BMI Calculator, Compass, and Speedometer) are for informational and entertainment purposes only. This Application is NOT a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease. It is not intended for professional, scientific, medical, or safety-critical use. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer (Nosigames) shall NOT be liable for:
Accuracy: Any inaccuracies or errors in measurements provided by the sensors.
Hardware Damage: Any damage to your device (e.g., battery drain, camera wear, or physical damage) caused by using tools like the Flashlight or Photo Trap.
Physical Injury: Any accidents or injuries occurring while using the Application (e.g., using the Speedometer while driving).
Data Loss: Any loss of data or images captured via the Photo Trap feature.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All software, designs, and content within the Application are the exclusive property of the Developer. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
5. IN-APP PURCHASES & ADVERTISEMENTS
Pro Version: Removing ads is a one-time purchase processed via Google Play Billing.
No Refunds: All sales are final and handled by Google.
Ads: The free version contains ads served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of the advertisements.
6. TERMINATION We reserve the right to terminate access to our service without notice for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
