The Primero Global Meeting is an annual event that brings together Primero stakeholders to help build community, drive software development, and advance our common interests. Each year the event grows and becomes more impactful as more global partners join and share their experiences and ideas.
We are facing extreme challenges in 2025. Now is the time to come together and develop strategies for the coming years. The focus of this two-day online event will be on sustainability. We will share experiences from the field and the programming that Primero supports, Primero products and services, and planning for the future.
Past years' events have helped to shape the direction of the Primero initiative, prioritizing the needs of users and the work that needs to be done to ensure sustainability. Check out the materials, photos and outcomes from past events in the menu on the top right of this site.

The 2025 Year in Review Webinar
The 2025 Year in Review Webinar
We kicked off our 2-day event with the Primero Year in Review webinar for 2025. It has been a very challenging 2025. In this 1.5-hour webinar, we shared our stories of partnership, resilience, and results. As we navigate these uncertain times, it is important that we support each other with a spirit of solidarity and belief in our mission. This event was open to all and was recorded.
The agenda:
We delivered an exciting agenda with lots of special guests, interactive events, and never before seen features and tools.
DAY 1 began with the Primero Year in Review 2025 webinar and panel discussion. This was followed by a series of sessions on Primero PROGRAMMING and PRODUCT updates. More than 150 stakeholders from +40 countries joined the event.
DAY 2 continued with an agenda full of sessions on Primero PLANNING and SUSTAINABILITY focusing on our preparations and investments for the coming years. The participants heard from new partners and had hands-on acess to new technology and integrations. The event wrapped up with a session on work prioritization for 2026.
