Outcomes and Agenda

Dates: 10-12 November 2021

Key Outcomes (all in alignment with the Primero X Sustainability Plan)

1. Have fun, and strengthen and grow the Primero community;

2. Socialize and prepare stakeholders for transition to SaaS by March 2022;

3. Develop understanding of Primero as a digital public good;

4. Build capacity to support and maintain Primero;

5. Highlighting and mainstreaming operational frameworks and issues (including the Primero Data Privacy and Data Protection Framework, interoperability framework, Product Roadmap, Support Hub, Sustainability Plan, business model, etc.)

Key outputs

1. Introduction of new members and growth in the Primero community

2. Stakeholders engage with other teams on programming and operational issues

3. Stakeholders demonstrate awareness of operational resources and frameworks

4. Increased engagement in community forum, channels and teams
